If an error occurs, the device terminates the command and reports the error in ACKSTS of Command
0x01 - Response ACK. For a full list of error codes, see Command 0x01 - Response ACK.
Otherwise, when the command completes (data entry done, cardholder or operator cancelled, or timeout),
the device sends Report 0x21 - Cardholder Data Entry Response Report to the host.

Byte 1 Wait time in seconds (0x00 to 0xFF, 0 = 256 seconds)
Cardholder data mode:
0x00 = Enter SSN (9 digits)
0x01 = Enter Zip code (5 digits)
0x02 = Enter Birthdate (8 digits, in MM/DD/YYYY format)
Byte 2 0x03 = Enter Birthdate (6 digits, in MM/DD/YY format)
0x04 = Enter Activation code (4 digits) (Activation Codes only, firmware revision C12 and
newer)
0x05 = Enter Server/Waiter code (4 to 9 digits) (Handheld Operation Only)
0x06 = Enter Ticket Number (4 to 9 digits) (Handheld Operation Only)
Beeper Behavior (Only changes device behavior if Beeper Mode = Enabled in Command
Byte 3 0x09 - Set / Get Device Configuration). See Table 4-101 - Beeper Behavior Codes on
page 163 for possible values.
