only):
0x0 = All contactless kernels enabled
0x1 = PayPass/MCL Support Disabled
0x2 = payWave Support Disabled
0x4 = Expresspay Support Disabled
0x8 = D-PAS Support Disabled

Bit 5 Alternate GUI Control (Contactless Only):
Alternate mode prevents both the MSR and Contactless interfaces from being enabled at the
same time.
0 = Standard
1 = Alternate
