4.6.4.3 Command 0xE4/0x03 Set 802.11 Wireless TCP/IP Settings
The host uses this command to configure the device's TCP/IP settings for the 802.11 wireless connection,
as well as the TCP socket the device listens on (default = decimal 26), but only if the device's Network
Connection Mode is set to Always Listening by Command 0x09 - Set / Get Device Configuration.
The host must use the USB connection to call this command, and must first successfully unlock the
device's 802.11 wireless settings by calling Command 0xE1 - Unlock Wireless Network
Configuration (802.11 Wireless Only).
