Byte 1 Wait Time in seconds, (0x01..0xFF; 0x00 = 256 seconds)

0x00 = Transaction type Credit / Debit
0x01 = Verify Transaction Amount
0x02 = Transaction type Credit / Other / Debit
0x03 = Transaction type Credit / EBT / Debit
0x04 = Transaction type Credit / Gift/ Debit
0x05 = Transaction type EBT / Gift / Other

Bitmaps Only:
0x80..0x83 = Bitmaps in slots 0..3 (only available in firmware revision C12 and newer)
Custom Messages Only:
0xFF = Custom Message. Requires the host first send data via Command 0x10 - Send
Big Block Data to Device
Masked Keys. OR together the desired combination of enabled / disabled keys:
0 = Do not allow input from indicated key
1 = Enable indicated key
