Appendix J - Bluetooth LE Module Control Messages (Bluetooth LE Only | PCI Bluetooth LE Only)
J.1.8 Bluetooth LE Command 0x0C - Terminate Bluetooth LE Connection (PCI Bluetooth
LE Only)
The host uses this command to signal the device to wait one second, then terminate the Bluetooth LE
connection. The delay allows time for the host software to receive a response from the device if the
command is issued via the Bluetooth LE connection. To conserve battery power, the host should
terminate the Bluetooth LE connection when it does not need to communicate with the device. Instead of
using this command, the host may also directly terminate the Bluetooth LE connection if it is capable.
