4.5.4 Command 0xA1 - Access EMV Tags

The host uses this command to access slots on the device which store one or more EMV settings tags,
which drive the device's EMV kernel configurations. The set of all EMV setting tags available on the
device, as well as the firmware defaults and when / how each tag can be set, is listed in Appendix H
EMV Settings (EMV Only), and is constructed from multiple sources:

The payment brand tag sets listed in the subsections of Appendix H. For example, if the device
supports contactless operation and a cardholder presents a Visa card with payWave contactless, the
device's behavior would be partially driven by the tag set listed in Appendix H.4 payWave Settings
(payWave 2.1.3 Support Only | payWave 2.2 Support Only).
