Definition
The indicator switches on and off in phases with a frequency of 2.5 Hz
on for 200 ms and then off for 200 ms.
The indicator flashes briefly (200 ms), followed by a long off phase (1000 ms).
The indicator goes through a sequence of two short flashes (200 ms each), interrupted
by a short off phase (200 ms). The sequence ends with a long off phase (1000 ms).

State Description
Off INT: The module is in state INIT.
Flashing (2.5 Hz) PRE-OPERATIONAL: The module is in
state PREOPERATIONAL.
Single flash SAFE-OPERATIONAL: The module is in
state SAFE-OPERATIONAL.
On OPERATIONAL: The module is in state
OPERATIONAL.
Off No error: The EtherCAT
of the module is in operation.
Flashing (2.5 Hz) Invalid configuration: General configura-
tion error
Possible cause: A status change required
by the master is not possible due to register
or object settings.
Single flash Local error: The slave device application
has changed the EtherCAT
own.
Possible cause 1: A host watchdog timeout
has occurred.
Possible cause 2: Synchronization error;
the module switches automatically to Safe-
Operational.
Double flash Process data watchdog timeout: A
process data watchdog timeout has oc-
curred.
Possible cause: Sync manager watchdog
timeout.

On Link: The module has a connection to the
ETHERNET, but is not sending/receiving
Ethernet frames.
Flickering (load-de- Activity: The module has a connection to
