1 The port must be on the same RLP as the primary DLCI (the one being backed up), or a
PVC must be configured between the primary and backup DLCIs.
2 The DLCI must have already been created in Port Configuration. Also, a DLCI cannot
be assigned to more than one backup group, nor can it be assigned to a backup group if
it is a primary DLCI (one that will be backed up).

identifies the RLP containing the primary and backup DLCIs.
is simply an identifier.
is the physical port on which the backup DLCI is being configured.
is the backup being configured.
is the time after a primary DLCI failure that the software will wait for this DLCI to
become active before checking the next backup DLCI. If the backup does not become
active before the timer expires, the software will search the backup group for the next
available backup.

The remote node must be the same one to which the primary DLCI was connected,
and the remote node's backup DLCI must be on the same RLP as its primary DLCI.

RLP/port/DLCI configured in its DLCI parameters.
