X.25 PVC Parameters

Configuring X.25
An FRM PVC is a "permanent" connection between two physical ports in a node. This
allows communication between the attached devices as soon as they are powered up,
without having to first make a call to establish a connection. X.25 PVC support
includes X.25-to-X.25, and async-to-X.25 (described in
