STEERING / SUSPENSION
3. Insert lower control arm ball joint end into the bearing
carrier. Install lower ball joint pinch bolt into the
bearing carrier and torque bolt to specification.
TORQUE
Ball Joint Pinch Bolts:
51 lb-ft (70 Nm)
4. Install front wheels. Refer to "Wheel Installation"
page
procedure.
Upon control arm installation, test vehicle at low speeds
before putting into service.

WARNING

FRONT STABILIZER BAR REMOVAL

1. Lift and support vehicle by main frame.
2. Remove wheels.
3. Identify / mark top side of the stabilizer bar to
reference during installation.

4. Remove fastener
connecting stabilizer bar to
stabilizer bar link. Repeat step for opposite side.
5. Remove the fasteners
mounts / bushings to the vehicle frame.
6. Carefully remove the stabilizer bar.
7. Inspect the stabilizer bar for straightness. Inspect the
pivot bushings and replace if needed.
