PULSE BAR

The pulse bar is located under the hood of the unit and
offers a power source for accessory connections.
REPLACEMENT
1. Remove the hood.
2. Disconnect the battery negative (-) cable.

3. Remove nuts
securing positive (+) and negative (-)
cable to pulse bar.
4. Disconnect pulse bar electrical connector

5. Remove four fasteners
bar bracket.
6. Reinstall the new pulse bar to the pulse bar bracket
and secure with fasteners.
TORQUE
Pulse Bar Fasteners:
Torque Until Fastener Is Fully Seated

CHASSIS / BODY ELECTRICAL
7. Reinstall positive (+) and negative (-) cables and
secure with nuts.
TORQUE
Pulse Bar Cable Nuts:
24 in-lbs (3 Nm)
8. Reconnect pulse bar electrical connector.
9. Reconnect batter negative (-) cable.
10. Reinstall hood.

CHASSIS GROUND

The chassis ground point is located in front of the driver's
side rear tire, behind the battery and under the front
engine mount support.

DIAGNOSTIC PLUG

The diagnostic plug is located under the hood near the
terminal block and coolant reservoir. Plug the Digital
Wrench connector in here.
