FINAL DRIVE
5. Connect the AWD wire harness.
6. Slide the propshaft assembly forward to engage the
front propshaft into the gearcase input shaft. Use a
NEW spring pin.
7. Install two 15mm fasteners
bearing assembly.
TORQUE
Propshaft Support Bearing:
33 lb-ft (45 Nm)

8. Install skid plate and fasteners.
TORQUE
Skid Plate:
3.5 lb-ft (4.7 Nm)
9. Install both front drive shafts into the gearcase. Refer
to applicable Front Drive Shaft Installation
procedures.
10. Add the proper lubricant to the front gearcase. Refer
to "Front Gearcase Lubrication" page 2.40
procedure.
NOTICE
Reinstall winch if equipped.
11. Install winch mounting plate and secure with four
e
15mm nuts .
TORQUE
Winch Mounting Plate:
30 lb-ft (41 Nm)
12. Install winch from passenger side.
