Operating Checklist
Befor e r etur n ing your digitizer to Agilen t for ser vice or r epair check the
followin g items:

q Ver ify that the power cord is con nected to the digitizer and

If your digitizer fails dur ing the war r anty period, Agilen t Technologies
will repair or r eplace it un der the ter ms of your war ranty. After your
war r anty expires, Agilent offer s r epair ser vices at competitive pr ices.
Extended Service Contracts
Many Agilen t products ar e available with optional ser vice contracts that
extend the cover ed p er iod after the st an dard war r an ty expir es. If you
have such a service con tr act an d your digitizer fails durin g the cover ed
per iod, Agilen t Technologies will r epair or r eplace it in accordance with
the con tr act.
Obtaining Repair Service (Worldwide)
To obtain service for your digitizer (in war r an ty, un der ser vice contr act,
or post war r anty), con tact your n ear est Agilent Techn ologies Ser vice
Cen ter. They will ar r ange to have your unit r epair ed or replaced, and can
provide war ranty or r epair cost in for mation wher e applicable.
