Replacing the Carrier Board
The an alog board(s), digital boar d an d p rocessor board must be removed
befor e you can remove the car r ier board. To r emove it:

To r einstall the digital board, r ever se these steps. When setting the
car r ier board back in the chassis, fir st align the USB r eceptacle with the
chassis, then r einstall the standoffs, scr ews an d cables.

Replacin g the Digit al Board (L4534A on ly)
Discon nect the power supply (6- pin ) cable from the car rier board.
Disconn ect the 12 V cable from the car r ier board if still attached (it is
shown discon nected in the photo below, as it was r emoved when
r emovin g the digit al board).
Discon nect the thr ee fan cables from the car r ier board.
Discon nect the power switch cable from the car r ier board.
Disconn ect the display cable from the car r ier board.
Remove the four 3/ 16 inch processor board stan doffs from the car rier
board.
Remove the three # 10 Tor x roun d head scr ews holding the car r ier
boar d to the chassis. Gr asp the car r ier board by the edges, avoidin g
touchin g electr ical components or tr aces on the board, and lift the
car r ier board up an d out.
