Replacing the Processor Board

The processor board can be removed with all other inter ior assemblies in
place. To r emove it:

To r ein stall the processor board, r everse these steps. Take car e to
r e- engage the con nector s to the car r ier boar d securely; align the USB
con nector with the rear panel, then reinst all the four scr ews.

Remove all cables from the exter ior of the instr umen t, an d r emove the
cover (see Removin g the Cover
Remove the four # 10 Tor x roun d head scr ews holdin g the processor
board to riser s on the car r ier board.
Grasp the car r ier board by the edges, avoidin g touching electr ical
components or tr aces on the board. Car efully pull up, disengaging the
three conn ectors on the rear of the processor board (below thick black
and white bar s drawn on the photo) from their mating connectors on
the car r ier board.
