Programming the Adjustments
Comman ds used to per for m the adjustmen ts ar e listed in
subsystem of the L4532A/34A Com m a n d Refer en ce. A general sequence
for using these commands for a full adjustmen t is as follows:
CAL:SECURE:STATE OFF,<secure_code> // unsecure for calibration
CAL:STATE ON
CAL:RANGE 0.25 // first range
CAL:RANGE:SOURCE UPP // sets high voltage output
// read the output voltage_hi
CAL:RANGE:SOURCE LOW // sets the low voltage output
// read the low voltage_lo
CAL:RANGE:CHAN? (@1:4), <voltage_hi>,<voltage_lo> // sets all channels
CAL:RANGE 0.5 // do the next range
CAL:RANGE:SOURCE UPP // sets high voltage output
// read the output voltage_hi
CAL:RANGE:SOURCE LOW // sets the low voltage output
// read the low voltage_lo
CAL:RANGE:CHAN? (@1:4), <voltage_hi>,<voltage_lo> // sets all channels
// repeat for ranges 1, 2, 4, 8, 16, 32, 64, 128, 256

Note CAL:RANGE:CHAN? and CAL:STOR commands take several seconds to
execute. Be sure to set the remote time-out appropriately

On the Remote Access Page, select the Utilities tab. Click the
Calibration... button to begin the adjustments. Note the calibr ation
count for the digitizer 's maintenan ce r ecords.
