The thickness of the wall or control cabinet plate must be at least 1 mm and is not permitted to exceed 6 to10
mm (depending on the Panel used).
A 2.5 mm hex screwdriver is needed to tighten and remove the screw on the retaining clips. The maximum tightening
torque of the retaining clips is 1 Nm.
The device must be installed on a flat, clean and burr-free surface since tightening screws on an uneven area can
result in damage to the display or the ingress of dust and water.
Procedure
1. Check whether the supplied mounting screws (1) are screwed into the retaining clips (2). If this is not the
case, then the mounting screws must be screwed into the retaining clips with a 2.5 mm hex screwdriver (view
A). The mounting screws are only permitted to be screwed in to the point where they do not project beyond
the retaining clip (view B).
2. Insert the device into the front of the prepared, burr-free and flat installation cutout. For the dimensions of the
installation cutout, see
3. Install the retaining clips on the device. To do this, insert all retaining clips into the recesses (marked with
orange circles) on the device. The number of retaining clips may vary depending on the panel. For the exact
number, see
