You must install two identical devices on the DUT Module. They
do not need to be matched devices.Insert DUT transistors
before installing the Module on the Test Fixture.

Always use Anti-static procedures when handling and inserting
devices into the Test Module. See "Static-safe Handling
Procedures" on page 16.
Some TO-247 package devices may have switched Drain and
Source leads. Always verify with the device data sheet before
inserting a device into the Test Module.
