DUT Test Module for Si/SiC T0-247-3 and -4 Devices
General Module Information
The TO-247-3 and -4 packages are popular for power devices because of their
ability to dissipate moderate amounts of heat. These devices are standard
through hole devices.
TO-247-3 DUT Module replacement part number: PD1000-60901.
TO-247-4 DUT Module replacement part number: PD1000-60902
These modules are also called Power Loop Boards.

The DUT Test Fixture Module uses sockets to install DUTs. These
sockets feature an open bottom allowing device leads to pass
through. As DUT device insertions on a module approach this limit,
the module should be replaced.
