D Troubleshooting
The following topics are presented as aids to help troubleshoot Double-Pulse
tests.
- If there is no current draw during the DPT Test but the Heinzinger Power
Supply shows full voltage, verify that the Low-Side Gate Drive module is
properly installed. The front four pin that connect to the DUT module may not
be connected.
- If you used mechanical lock to open the enclosure and didn't return it to the
original position, the drain voltage doesn't go up. Verify that the lock is in the
correct position.
