Double-Pulse Test Preparation
Install Double-Pulse Test Modules on the Test Fixture in this order:
Regardless of the DUT module being used, you must install two devices of the
same type on the module. They do not need to be matched devices.
For TO-247 Devices
1 Install PD1000-61901 Coaxial Shunt
2 Install the HV probe on the module.
3 Optional: Attach the heater and
