Using the Clamp Circuit Module

Remove the N2819A Differential Probe from the Gate Drive module and
Channel1 of the oscilloscope. Connect the N2873A Clamp Circuit Probe to the
Clamp Circuit Module and Channel 1 of the oscilloscope.

How the Clamp Circuit Works

Figure 10 below shows a simplified example clamp circuit. This circuit is placed in
parallel to the device being tested (the DUT is on the left-hand side of the clamp
circuit).
