This function allows the user to configure a DTMF Code to be sent at the beginning of a transmission while the
transceiver is placed in Emergency Mode by pressing Emergency button.
The transceiver transmits this code at the beginning of transmitting during automatic transmission in Emergency
Mode.

The transceiver transmits this code at the beginning of TX during automatic transmission in Emergency
Mode.
