User-specific reconfiguring of PLC program control unit switchover

Introduction
The solution outlined roughly below should be selected only if at least one of the following
configuring requirements is applicable:
● Suppression strategy which differs from standard functionality
● Operating mode switchover which differs from standard functionality
● Independent handling of override switch for switchover of control unit
● Existence of a 2nd machine control panel on an MMC

Description of operational sequences (overview)

Overview
PCU sends request
A PCU would like to link up with an NCU and sends this request to the PLC of the relevant
NCU.
PCU coming
A PCU goes online to an NCU, i.e. it links up to the NCU.
PCU going
A PCU aborts the link to an NCU.
Suppression
A PCU must abort the link with an NCU because another operator panel wants to go online
to the same NCU.
Operating focus switchover in server mode
A server maintains a permanent link to the NCUs to which it is assigned. The operator can
switch the operating focus from one NCU to another without interrupting the existing link.
