Signal monitoring
Oscillating signal
Owing to aging of the punch hydraulics, overshooting of the punch may cause the "Stroke
active" signal to oscillate at the end of a stroke.
In this case, an alarm (22054 "undefined punching signal") can be generated as a function of
machine data:
MD26020 $MC_NIBBLE_SIGNAL_CHECK.
Reset response
In the case of an NCK reset, the interface signal:
DB21, ... DBX38.0 (stroke initiation active)
is canceled immediately without acknowledgement by the high-speed input.
A currently activated stroke cannot be suppressed.
