Checking the connections to the converter Control Unit
You check the connections to the converter Control Unit using application "Drive System
Connect Diagnose".

The following description describes checking the connections to a Control Unit using SINAMICS
GM150 as an example. For another converter type, select the appropriate device.
Checking the connection
1. Open application "Drive System Connect Diagnose".
2. Open the "GM150" plugin (or that of another converter).
3. Under the "Status" tab, check the status display in the lower left of the program window.
If required, refresh the display of the connections using the green button in the upper right
of the program window.
Status "Service connected" is displayed if a connection already exists.
