4.1.7 Adjustable Air Nozzle

Air Nozzle assembled on the lens carriage can create different distances to the working piece for
different air blowing effect to meet various application demands and prevent dust accumulated on
lens.
NOTE
T500 150 & 200W models comes with 6" focal lens and no air nozzle assembled on the lens
carriage. The air nozzle is included in the accessory box to work with 2" or 4" focal lens when
you purchase the lens as optional.
I. NOZZLE ADJUSTMENT
1) Clockwise
Nozzle closed to material surface to have a direct air blow on material.
2) Counter-clockwise
Nozzle away from material surface to have a wider range of air blow.
3) Remove Nozzle
If you do not need strong air blow direct on the material, screw the nozzle counter-
clockwise to remove it, and have a weak air flow. Weak air flow is good for acrylic thick
cutting application, while cutting wood and thin materials, a concentrated and strong air
blow are recommended.
NOTE
In addition to air blow from nozzle, T500 also incorporate an air vacuum pipe as indicated
below by red arrow connecting to the 1" exhaust pipe in machine left side to help take out
the debris and smoke right on the media surface when laser engraving .
