II. AIR FILTER SYSTEM INSTALLATION
NOTE
1. It's required for 150W and 200W models to install filtration system to filter oil and water
when air blows into laser tube to prolong laser tube life.
2. The purged air to laser tube is required to reach 0.34bar (0.34kg) for 200W laser source,
and 0.21bar (0.21kg) for 150W laser source.
There is extra air compressor unit comes with T500 150W and 200W models, this 2
compressor is used to prevent 150 & 200W laser tube from condensation.

2. Install the water filter and oil filter module on the left side of machine.
3. Insert the air tubing from air compressor to the water and oil filter module, then connect the
OUTLET air tubing from water and oil filter module to the gas pressure adjust valve on the rear
of T500 laser cutting system as shown below.
