CAUTION
1. DO NOT power on laser system without turning on water chiller and air compressor when operating
T500 150 and 200W models.
2. Condensation will damage the 150W and 200W laser source, operate the water chiller and
temperature setting according to manual.
TEMPERATURE SETTING:
The 150W and 200W laser tube can only operate between 18~25℃ (64~77°F), always turn on the
water chiller and wait till the temperature reach the suggested chiller temperature before
turning on the laser machine. Adjust water chiller temperature according to environment
temperature to prevent condensation on the laser source.
Environment Temperature
5~20℃ (41~68°F)
20~22℃ (68~71°F)
23~40℃ (73~104°F)
Observe and see if condensation is formed on the laser source. Increase the temperature by 1℃
higher than the dew point temperature if condensation occurs during laser operation. But note that the
water chiller temperature cannot be higher than 25℃ (77°F) for the laser operation.
