condensation). This is harmful not only to the electronic components but also bad for the optics
inside the laser source and may cause damage.
4. WARRANTY CLAIM CONDITION
Warranty will be voided if the laser source becomes defective due to improper operation of the
cooling system by the conditions stated above.
IV. Electricity Installation (220V Single Phase)
The installation of water chiller power cables needs to be implemented by professional technician. To
install the power cables, please open the power cover in front of the water chiller and connect the
three wires according to the labels on them. L to Phase line, N to Null line, and PE to Earth wire.
CAUTION
The water chiller needs high peak power when it first turning on. Independent electricity power
supply is required.
V. OPERATION
Once the laser machine and peripherals setup is ready, turn on the air compressor and gas filter
module, adjust the water pressure regulator to suggested value, turn on water chiller, and then power
on laser machine accordingly.
Water pressure regulator suggestion setting:

Water pressure < 60 PSI

Flow rate = 2.5 GPM

If the water pressure is exceed 60PSI, switch on water pressure adjuster to get the best
suitable setting
