4. Click the Configure icon at the navigation control panel and select Users from the
pop-up menu. The Configure Users dialog box displays. See

6. Enter the following information, as directed by the customer.
a. User name—Click in this field and type a new user name up to 16 alphanumeric
characters in length. Control characters and spaces are not valid. The user name is
case-sensitive.
