There are only two cases where no further edge changes occur within the minimum signal duration
T after a change of edge. For this reason, only these two cases are detected as valid.

The minimum signal duration is not considered after a download and/or ETS reset.
After a bus voltage recovery, the minimum signal duration starts once the inputs can be scanned.
When the sending and switching delay has elapsed, the current state at that point is sent on the
bus.
