Osaifu-Keitai

Osaifu-Keitai is a function that allows you to place the
functions of bills and coins as well as point cards, tickets,
etc. in your mobile phone. Osaifu-Keitai has built-in IC card
and allows you to pay by simply holding the FOMA terminal
up to the scanning device at stores.
Moreover, Osaifu-Keitai enables you to deposit electronic
money and check your balance or view usage history using
transmission. In addition, Osaifu-Keitai has enough

securities to use.
For details on Osaifu-Keitai, refer to "Mobile Phone User's
Guide [i-mode] FOMA version".
To use Osaifu-Keitai compatible services, it is necessary to
download Osaifu-Keitai compatible i-appli from Osaifu-Keitai

compatible sites and make the setting.
*1 Omakase Lock (nP. 107) and IC card lock (nP. 268) can be
used.

FOMA terminal malfunctions may cause data (including electronic
money, points, etc.) saved in the IC card to be lost or altered (Note
that as a rule, you will be asked to delete data when leaving your
FOMA terminal for repairs, etc.). For the service such as a reissue,
restoration, or transfer of the data except the transfer by iC transfer
service, contact your provider of Osaifu-Keitai compatible service.
Be sure to use a service including a backup service for important
data.
DOCOMO shall not be liable for any loss of content or the damage
of Osaifu-Keitai service caused by any reason such as malfunctions
and upgrading.
When the FOMA terminal is stolen or lost, immediately contact your
provider of Osaifu-Keitai compatible service for handling methods.

iC transfer service

iC transfer service *1 is a service which transfers the data on
the IC card of Osaifu-Keitai to a new Osaifu-Keitai
collectively *3 when changing Osaifu-Keitai such as
upgrading, repairing, etc.
After transferring data saved in the IC card, download
Osaifu-Keitai compatible i-appli to continue to use the
Osaifu-Keitai compatible services easily. Use the iC transfer
service at a docomo Shop or retailer near you.
For details on iC transfer service, refer to "Mobile Phone
User's Guide [i-mode] FOMA version".
*1 Both mobile phones of the transfer source and destination must be
the iC transfer service compatible FOMA terminal. Go to a docomo
Shop or retailer for using this service.
*2 This service does not "copy" but "transfer" data. Therefore, the
data in the IC card does not remain in the FOMA terminal of the
transfer source. There may be a case when the iC transfer service
cannot be used. In such cases, use the Osaifu-Keitai compatible
services such as a backup service.
*3 Depending on the Osaifu-Keitai compatible service, some services
are not supported by the iC transfer service. Only the data in the IC
card of the Osaifu-Keitai compatible service supported by the iC
transfer service can be transferred.
*4 Packet transmission charges apply to download/various settings of
i-appli.
