Welcome mail "Welcome$デコメアニメ%&"
(Welcome$Decome-Anime%&) and "緊急速報 「エリアメール」 の
ご案内" (Information of Early Warning "Area Mail") are saved in
Inbox by default. Transmission charges do not apply. Also, replies
cannot be sent to Welcome mail.

When the Use phone information of i-mode is set to [No], the
display may be different in the Decome-Anime playback screen, the
compose Decome-Anime screen and the message details screen.

call can be made to that person.
