Close the front cover, and press the key.

• After its initial operation, the machine returns to
step 1.

Replacing the Blow down fan filter

Replace the Blow down fan filter (PN: SPC-0774) when it
is dirty.
Remove the fan filter cover.

• Push the fan filter cover's tab outward, and pull
the cover out toward you.
Remove the Blow down fan filter.

Attach a new Blow down fan filter and

return the fan filter cover.
• Fit the fan filter cover on firmly, so that it clicks into
place.

Replacing the Pinch roller

Replace the pinch roller (PN: SPA-0275) when it is worn
or dirty.
• The pinch roller is an optional item. You can buy
one through your local dealer or from our service
office.
• Since the parts are small, you need to take extra
care not to drop them into the gaps in the
machine.
• When turning the main power switch off for mov-
ing the machine or for solving the error or the like,
press the [END/POWER] key a long time on the
front of the machine, check the display is turned
off on the operation panel, and then turn the main
power switch off.
Turn the power off, by giving the [END/

POWER] a long press.
• If connected to a PC, disconnect first.
Turn off main power switch.

Open the front cover.

Raise the clamp lever to keep the pinch
4
roller lifted.
Remove the O-ring retaining the pinch
5
roller.
Remove the pinch roller.

Insert a new pinch roller.
