Description
GcodeID setting error
Gcode is in operation
Gcode grammar is being checked.
The setting of the Gcode Filter is
out of the range.
Repeated GroupNum .
Motion axis number is repeated in
the same group.
GroupNum does not exist.
The number of axes is insufficient
for the specified group axes
motion.
DFB_GroupDisable is executed
when group motion is in progress.
The same motion axis number is
used repeatly in the different
groups.
The axis number of the first order
should be a positive number or a
number other than 0.
Corrective action
Cause: the value of the Gcode ID is not 1~136
Action: set up the GcodeID between 1 and 136 and restart the
function block.
Cause: the corresponding axis is executing
DFB_GroupGcodeRun.
Action: after the DFB_GroupGcodeRun is complete, restart
the function block.
Cause: the corresponding axis is executing
DFB_GroupGcodeSyntax.
Action: after the DFB_GroupGcodeRun is complete, restart
the function block.
Cause: The setting of the Gcode Filter is out of the range,
over 1000 or less than 0.
Action: set up a reasonable value in Gcode Filter and restart
the function block.
Cause: GroupNum already exists.
Action: use DFB_GroupReset to clear this
error.
Cause: DFB_GroupEnable, one of the AxisNumorder1~
AxisNumorder6 is used repeatly in the same group.
Action: set up the AxisNumorder again and restart the
function block
Cause: the specified group for input can not be enabled.
Action: set up the specified group to be enabled.
Cause: The number of axes is insufficient for the specified
group axes motion.
Action: set up the group name of the function block, the axis
number should be as many as required, for example, a liner
interpolation motion requires 2 axes while an arc interpolation
motion requires 3 axes to complete the task.
Cause: DFB_GroupDisable is executed when group motion is
in progress.
Action: use DFB_GroupReset to clear this error.
Cause: DFB_GroupEnable, one of the AxisNumorder1~
AxisNumorder6 is used repeatly in the different groups.
Action: set up the AxisNumorder again and restart the
function block.
Cause: AxisNumorder1 is a negative number or zero in
DFB_GroupEnable.
Action: set up the value of AxisNumorder1 again and restart
the function block.
