Description
Group is executing ImmediateStop.
Error occurred in the other axis of the
group.
The required communication parameters
for PDO settings are not specified.
The designated axis of ECAT Slave
does not exist.
The axis is not in "Disable" or
"Standstill" state. Or the axis is in
"Coordinated" state and the group is no
longer in "Standby".
The function channel is used
repeatedly.
The position is not allowed for setup.
Writing error in Cam data.
The axis is in "Coordinated".
The axis is in "ErrorStop".
The axis is not in "Standstill".
The axis is in the "Stopping" state.
Corrective action
Cause: the group is executing ImmediateStop
Action: use DFB_GroupReset to clear the error
Cause: error occurred in the other axis of the group
Action: use DFB_GroupReset to clear the error code
Cause: the required communication parameters for PDO
settings are not specified when the function block is in
execution.
Action: restart ECAT Builder and specify the required
parameters for the function block.
Cause: the designated axis of ECAT Slave does not
exist.
Action: make sure the designated ECAT Slave can
perform axis control
Cause: the axis is busy executing other functions
Action: stop the current operation or wait till the
execution stops
Cause: the channel is already in use
Action: stop the current function block execution
Cause: the target position of the function block exceeds
the software limit or an axis of rotation or the position is
an illegal one.
Action: set up a new target position
Cause: the Cam data content is considered to be
different than its written value
Action: re-write the Cam function block
Cause: the axis is in "Coordinated" when MC_stop is
executed.
Action: confirm that Execute =Fasle and Done=True in
MC_Stop. Use DFB_GroupReset to reset the axis to
"Standby" and use DFB_GroupDisable to disable the
group motion.
Cause: The axis is in "ErrorStop" when the instruction is
executed.
Action: use MC_Reset to reset the axis error status.
Cause: the axis is not in "Standstill" when the instruction
is executed.
Action: execute MC_Reset and confirm is the axis is in
"Standstill"
Cause: the axis is in the "Stopping" state.
Action: close the MC_Stop function block and have the
state go back to StandStill
