Description
Film axis position compensation is
triggered before the previous
compensation is completed.
Cutter compensation is triggered before
theprevious compensation is completed.
Axis number setting exceeds setting
range.
SDO DataType setting error (0~199)
The number of channels exceed its
function channels.
A negative or 0 is given to Velocity.
Homing mode setting error.
Target distance is 0.
User unit setting error; or the output
pulse type setting error.
Velocity factor overrides setting error.
Pulse type counter setting error.
Corrective action
Cause: the master axis moves too fast to allow the
previous compensation to be finished. In this case, the
compensation is triggered again.
Action: adjust all packaging related parameters
according to the application requirements.
Cause: the master axis moves too fast to allow the
previous cutter compensation to be finished. In this case,
the compensation is triggered again.
Action: adjust all related parameters of packaging
machines according to requirements.
Cause: motion axis input number is not within setting
range
Action: reset axis number within setting range and restart
the function block
Cause: data type cannot match with the object library
Action: confirm the object library of the slave station
Cause: the input channel number is not within the setting
range
Action: reset the function channel number within the
setting range and restart the function block
Cause: the value given to Velocity is negative or 0.
Action: set the velocity to a positive value and restart the
instruction.
Cause: homing mode is not set to a value between 1 and
35.
Action: set homing mode to a value between 1 and 35
and restart the instruction.
Cause: target distance of this instruction is not set to 0.
Action: set target distance to a positive value and restart
the instruction.
Cause: user unit setting of this instruction is not set to
0~2.
Action: set the user unit to 0~2 and restart the
instruction.
Cause: velocity factor of this instruction is not set to
0~500.
Action: set the velocity factor to 0~500 and restart the
instruction.
Cause: the pulse type range is set other than 0~3.
Action: set up the pulse type range and restart the
function block.
