First Booting

Identification
When the system boots for the first time, parameters for identification like host
name, network, time zone and root password are required.
Language setting
When the Solaris operating system has booted, a mask appears prompting the
user name. The desired language can be chosen in the following menu:
Desktop Login --> Options --> Languages
Once you have entered the password, the CDE (Common Desktop Environ-
ment) is started.
All other parameters are set using the usual Solaris tools.
