4.8.2 Replacing the wrist

Action
Remove the 2 plastic plugs on the rear of the
wrist.
Release the brake in axes 5 and 6.
Rotate axes 5 and 6 so that you can see screws
in the clamping sleeve through the hole.
Disconnect the clamping sleeve.
Undo screws and remove the wrist.
Action
Mount the wrist, tighten screws.
Note
The grease nipple on the tilt house should point
towards the base.
Screw the clamping sleeves together using
screws.
Replace the plastic plugs.
Calibrate the robot.
