COMMON CAUSES
No Tier valve entered or is at 0
COMMON CAUSES
Insufficient flow to venturi in
the hopper bottom
Air leaks on induction system
COMMON CAUSES
Air in brake lines
Grease or oil on the brake discs
Warped brake discs
Insufficient friction material on
brake pads.
Brake pad rubbing on piston
COMMON CAUSES
Unloader(s) malfunction or
disconnected
Low hydraulic oil level
Fill pump is engaged
Low system pressure
Compressor not working
properly
Incorrectly adjusted ride height
valves.
COMMON SOLUTION
Enter value greater than 0
COMMON SOLUTION
Check the pressure supplied to the hopper
bottom is around 550 kPa (80 PSI).
Check all hoses, clamps, and cam lever
fittings are sealed
COMMON SOLUTION
Bleed brakes as outlined in maintenance
chapter
Clean the discs with a clean cloth and
methylated spirits.
Inspect the discs to ensure they are
straight. If warped, they must be replaced.
Inspect brake pads and replace
immediately if worn beyond wear
indicators.
Fit Anti-squeal liners on pads
COMMON SOLUTION
Check electrical connection to spool block
unloader and Norac unloader if fitted.
Check that power is present at connector
to spool block unloader and Norac
unloader if fitted. If no power then check
fuses. Check for physical malfunction to
unloader(s) and replace as necessary.
Check the oil level in the hydraulic
reservoir and top up if necessary
Switch the hydraulic fill pump off
The bags will not inflate until the pressure
in the system is above 75 PSI, check system
pressure.
Check that the compressor is working
correctly
Adjust the ride height valves as per
the instructions in the Lubrication and
Maintenance chapter.
