1. Configure VLAG tier ID and enable VLAG globally.
2. Configure ISL ports on Switch A.
3. Configure port on Switch A connecting to Layer 2/3 router 1.

Configure ports on border switch as follows:
RS G8264(config)# interface port 1,2
RS G8264(config­if)# lacp key 100
RS G8264(config­if)# lacp mode active
RS G8264(config­if)# exit
Repeat the previous steps for the second border switch.
Consider the following:
 ISL ports on switches A and B ‐ ports 1, 2
 Ports connecting to Layer 2/3 ‐ ports 5, 6
 Ports on switches A and B connecting to switches C and D: ports 10, 11
 Ports on switch B connecting to switch E: ports 15, 16
 Ports on switch B connecting to switch F: ports 17, 18

RS G8264(config)# vlag enable
RS G8264(config)# interface port 1,2
RS G8264(config­if)# switchport mode trunk
RS G8264(config­if)# lacp key 200
RS G8264(config­if)# lacp mode active

RS G8264(config)# vlag isl adminkey 200
RS G8264(config­vlan)# exit
RS G8264(config)# vlan 10
VLAN number 10 with name "VLAN 10" created
VLAN 10 was assigned to STG 10

RS G8264(config)# interface port 1,2,5
RS G8264(config­if)# switchport mode trunk
RS G8264(config­if)# switchport trunk allowed vlan 10
RS G8264(config­if)# exit
RS G8264(config)# interface port 5
RS G8264(config­if)# lacp key 400
RS G8264(config­if)# lacp mode active
RS G8264(config­if)# exit
RS G8264(config)# vlag adminkey 400 enable
Repeat the previous steps on Switch B for ports connecting to Layer 2/3 router 1.
