Configure IGMP Relay
1. Configure IP interfaces with IPv4 addresses, and assign VLANs.
2. Turn IGMP on.
3. Configure the upstream Mrouters with IPv4 addresses.
4. Enable IGMP Relay and add VLANs to the downstream network.
