• POS_SEL: Select coordinates system (specify using the monitor selection code).
When APOS (feedback position of the machine coordinates system) = 0 is selected, the com-
mand/machine coordinates system is set at POS_DATA.
• REFE: Enable/Disable setting of reference point
0: Disables setting of a reference point.
1: Enables setting of a reference point. The coordinate reference point setting is confirmed
and the ZPOINT (zero point position) and software limit become effective.
• POS_DATA: Coordinates set value
• Set the reserved bits to "0."
