2. Defective sensor.
Check procedures/corrective measures
Reinsert the connector. Also check for continuity within the
connector cable. If none, replace the cable.
DP conveying motor and DP main PWB (YC14)
Check if the rollers and gears rotate smoothly. If not,
grease the bushes and gears. Check for broken gears and
replace if any.
Replace the DP conveying motor.
Replace the DP main PWB and check for correct operation.
Reinsert the connector. Also check for continuity within the
connector cable. If none, replace the cable.
DP eject motor and DP main PWB (YC14)
Check if the rollers and gears rotate smoothly. If not,
grease the bushes and gears. Check for broken gears and
replace if any.
Replace the DP eject motor.
Replace the DP main PWB and check for correct operation.
Reinsert the connector. Also check for continuity within the
connector cable. If none, replace the cable.
DP fan motor 1 and DP main PWB (YC7)
Replace the DP fan motor 1.
Replace the DP main PWB and check for correct operation.
Reinsert the connector. Also check for continuity within the
connector cable. If none, replace the cable.
DP fan motor 2 and DP main PWB (YC8)
Replace the DP fan motor 2.
Replace the DP main PWB and check for correct operation.
Check visually and remove it, if any.
Replace the DP feed sensor, DP CIS sensor, DP timing
sensor or DP eject sensor.
