of IPX2 (splash-proof II type).
However, it does not exhibit waterproof performance in the following conditions:

Flow rate or running water angle exceeding IPX2

Opening or closing the top cover while the exterior of the printer is wet
◦
While the top cover is open
◦
While the dispenser cover is open
◦
While the interface covers are open
◦
While the AC adapter is disconnected and the DC cover is open
◦
When covers are damaged or deformed
◦
While using the wall mount kit
◦
While using the fan-fold media
◦
When wet media is used
◦
When the printer is in water deeper than 10 mm (0.39")
