(DTC)*: The DTCs in the parentheses are the numbers the
connected to the special tool (SCS service connector).
If the self-diagnostic indicator light does not blink, perform an inspection according to the table below.
NOTE:
• If a customer describes the symptom for code P1790 (3), yet the
(11), it will be necessary to recreate the symptom by test-driving, then rechecking the DTC.
• Sometimes the indicator light and the Malfunction Indicator Lamp (MIL) may come on simultaneously. If so, check
the PGM-FI system according to the DTC, then reset the memory by removing the CLOCK fuse in the under-dash
fuse/relay box for more than 10 seconds. Drive the vehicle for several minutes at a speed over 30 mph (50 km/h), then
recheck the DTC.
