If you are using sealing films/mats, shorten the duration of the
denaturation step during cycling. Denaturation times as short as 3–5
seconds may be appropriate. Alternatively, switch to using capped
reaction tubes.
Increase the reaction volume to 50 μl.
Try switching to the Fast ramp rate.
