When the transfer bit length is set to other than 16 bits and data is set to the shift register, data should be aligned
from the lowest bit of the shift register, regardless of whether MSB or LSB is set for the first transfer bit. Any data
can be set to the unused higher bits; however, in this case the received data after a serial transfer operation
becomes 0.
