7.1 16-Bit Timer (TM0, TM1)
7.1.1 Outline
• 16-bit capture/compare registers: 2 (CRn0, CRn1)
• Independent capture/trigger inputs: 2 (TIn0, TIn1)
• Support of output of capture/match interrupt request signals (INTTMn0, INTTMn1)
• Event input (shared with TIn0) via digital noise eliminator and support of edge specification
• Timer output operated by match detection: 1 each (TOn)
When using the P34/TO0 and P35/TO1 pins as TO0 and TO1 (timer outputs), set the value of port 3 (P3) to 0
(port mode output) and the port 3 mode register (PM3) to 0. The logical sum (ORed) value of the output of the
port and the timer is output.

7.1.2 Function
TM0 and TM1 have the following functions.
• Interval timer
• PPG output
• Pulse width measurement
• External event counter
• Square wave output
• One-shot pulse output
